How Can We Assist?

What is cancellation and modification policy?

1. If the customer wishes to cancel or modify the order, he must contact the customer service immediately to cancel his order, before completing the shipping process through

2. If the order has been completed and shipped, the order cannot be modified or canceled

3. We will work to speed up the process of refunding the amounts paid to the account of the original payment method, and this may take from 7 to 21 working days, according to the policy of the banks followed.

4. In the event of a technical error when completing the order, the customer will be contacted immediately and notified of this and compensated either by refunding the purchase amount or alternative products.

What are the payment options?

We have only one options for payment method so , the customer can select only cash payment.

How it does take process an order ?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We will do the best services for you.

What about shipping ?
we ship flowers & our products , if you live in Ajman you will get your order faster, we ship inside the UAE , and its not take a lot of time because we shipping everyday shipping time sometimes depend on your location .

What is your return policy?

1. Products must be in their original condition and packaging, with the original purchase receipt attached.

2. The customer can return or exchange the purchased products within 7 days from the date the customer received the order.

 3 . Exception (flower bouquet)

4 . In the event that the customer wishes to return or exchange products that were correctly received and not defective, the customer shall bear the costs incurred in the return or replacement process.

5 . Once the returned products are inspected and approved for return, we will refund the amount paid for the products through the original payment method when placing the order.

6 . If a discount code was used in the order, the amount paid on the returned item will be refunded minus the amount of the applicable discount code.
